Re: There we go
For you Arcane peeps -
Riot in 2024 merged all of their universes into 1, with Arcane being the primary source of truth. What that means though is that all of the new season cinematics we get for the next ranked season of League are also relevant to Arcane watchers... and this season's cinematic is also being billed as an 'epilogue' to Arcane. From what I'm gathering about comments on the video the Black Rose featured heavily in Arcane, and between them being an important Noxus faction and that the next season in League is a 'Noxus' season - the next TV show will almost assuredly be in Noxus.

I can give you a breakdown if you want, but aside from Mel all of the other characters are currently in the game and are almost all major players in their region. I say region instead of Noxus because there's a scene in the Freljord for whatever reason, so that may be a very early indication of where things are going next. Notably missing is Swain, the leader of Noxus, who is usually represented with a three-eyed raven (which, as I understand, is shown at the end of Arcane).
I think Killa mentioned there being multiple universes or something that they branched out into in the show - I don't think that'll be a major plot device going forward. I'm guessing that's there both to explain and set up their "alternate universes" that they use for new skins for the game. If they wanted to make a season of a show about one of those universes, now they can. Or maybe they did it so that the calamity they tease in the video I linked can win until someone skips over to a new universe to stop it ahead of time, I don't know.

This was eons ago, but when I studied adult happiness in developmental psych there is an extremely unhappy 18+ year period in a very significant number of (American) marriages that correlated extremely strongly with children. Graphically it was like an 18-year long canyon in happiness levels, it was incredibly stark.Haohmaru wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2025 4:31 pmHahah they don’t say for nothing that a marriage has its ups and downskillacross wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2025 8:07 amYea - those first 2 years of marriage are usually pretty rough. Then it gets significantly better. Then it gets a little worse. Then it evens out. Then you add kids to the mix and it all goes to hell again. Then it gets better. Then it evens out again, but gradually improves (if you work at it).Digital Masta wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2025 2:27 am
2024 was a rough year so here's to making 2025 better than 2024.
