Re: There we go
For you Arcane peeps -
Riot in 2024 merged all of their universes into 1, with Arcane being the primary source of truth. What that means though is that all of the new season cinematics we get for the next ranked season of League are also relevant to Arcane watchers... and this season's cinematic is also being billed as an 'epilogue' to Arcane. From what I'm gathering about comments on the video the Black Rose featured heavily in Arcane, and between them being an important Noxus faction and that the next season in League is a 'Noxus' season - the next TV show will almost assuredly be in Noxus.

I can give you a breakdown if you want, but aside from Mel all of the other characters are currently in the game and are almost all major players in their region. I say region instead of Noxus because there's a scene in the Freljord for whatever reason, so that may be a very early indication of where things are going next. Notably missing is Swain, the leader of Noxus, who is usually represented with a three-eyed raven (which, as I understand, is shown at the end of Arcane).
I think Killa mentioned there being multiple universes or something that they branched out into in the show - I don't think that'll be a major plot device going forward. I'm guessing that's there both to explain and set up their "alternate universes" that they use for new skins for the game. If they wanted to make a season of a show about one of those universes, now they can. Or maybe they did it so that the calamity they tease in the video I linked can win until someone skips over to a new universe to stop it ahead of time, I don't know.

This was eons ago, but when I studied adult happiness in developmental psych there is an extremely unhappy 18+ year period in a very significant number of (American) marriages that correlated extremely strongly with children. Graphically it was like an 18-year long canyon in happiness levels, it was incredibly stark.Haohmaru wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2025 4:31 pmHahah they don’t say for nothing that a marriage has its ups and downskillacross wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2025 8:07 amYea - those first 2 years of marriage are usually pretty rough. Then it gets significantly better. Then it gets a little worse. Then it evens out. Then you add kids to the mix and it all goes to hell again. Then it gets better. Then it evens out again, but gradually improves (if you work at it).Digital Masta wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2025 2:27 am
2024 was a rough year so here's to making 2025 better than 2024.

Oh yes, yes - I'm very familiar with that article... I authored it (but obviously you wouldn't know because it has my real name and not my TAL handle).

Fuck Trudeau. Trump should hurry up and conquer Canada if it means to hang Trudeau.

So I work at this kindergarten and one of the homeroom teachers is a young Japanese woman that is overweight...but the booty fat yo.
Like it actually properly extends out from her body and has shape. I was shocked.
She would be ver popular with a not insignificant amount of black men.

I was focused on Trump and Obama yucking it up like buddies and Bush giving Obama the tummy tap.
1. I guess Trump isn't a fascist or Hitler
2. I'm reminded of George Carlin, "It's a big club and you ain't in it."

Good on Kamala for getting her emotions in check, but fuck those couple of seconds said everything! Obama didn't give a fuck either.
If I could caption Obama and Trump convo, it would go like this.
Trump: Obama, you know I'm the g.o.a.t right?
Obama: lmfao, I can't publicly say that but between us, you are in my Top 3, including myself even if you think I'm terrible.
Obama: Also fuck Kamala and Joe
Kamala: Death stare.....
Trump: Ya fuck Kamala and Joe

Although ppl say Zuckbot is slimy snake (and he is), gotta respect the hustle of him and his PR crew. However, no reasonable and sane human can believe a word he says.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Open AI whistleblower's mom interviewing with Tucker Carlson.

I lost interest in that interview
I don't think you'll ever convince a mother that her child wasn't perfect.
What are your thoughts on the Fed bailing out California #1 and with strings attached #2?
It's such a cluster. And with EVERYTHING gone... It'll take a decade before things return to normalcy. It's new Orleans all over again. Gross and utter incompetence meets the perfect conditions for total destruction. Then you know there is gonna be so much fraud involved with the recovery.

Re: There we go
Watch the FULL interview, I agree about mothers just won't believe their child could off themselves regardless, but this isn't it. A lot of irregularities to say the least. It's good ol fashion cover up. AI is the future, this guy seemed to be someone that could hinder the rise of OpenAI.killacross wrote: ↑Thu Jan 16, 2025 5:34 pm I lost interest in that interview

I'm just finding out about the bailout now from your post. #1 A bit disappointed, although I don't think residents should be left high and dry, but get some compensation. #2 What are the strings attached? Gross and utter incompetence is the least. I don't know how you can explain the water reservoir being empty.

Apparently Trump's envoy went to the Middle East during the Sabbath and was like,
"I need to speak to Netanyahu."
Israel: Well it's sabbath now so...
Envoy: Nigga, I don't care.
Israel: Yes, sir.
Trump is a Zionist but I don't think he is particularly fond of BB and this could all fall apart but I suspect he just doesn't want this headache and wants the glory of having done this right away.
