I agree with some of those responses - why would you even put your pronouns on your job resume? The hiring person is going to be talking to you directly, it's not even useful. The guy who said "you're a he or a she" should really learn what an indefinite pronoun is though. Also lulz at the guy talking about drama. It's just as much drama as hiring someone who you can't tell what the gender is by looking at them. I guess they probably don't hire androgynous looking people either.
I wish the authors had published their methodology - without the methodology results are basically worthless. The article calls it "non-scientific" so obviously there's something lacking somewhere. Thanks to that the interviews with the people are far more valuable than whatever that report produced.
