Re: There we go
Own:
A-1 small house (rented / no mortgage)
B-1 duplex (both rented / no mortgage)
C-1 house we used to live in (not rented...but need to move the washer and dryer to the new house...and get a cheaper models in / no mortgage)
D-[we have 2 months left on this lease WE are renting]
E-and closed today on our new construction house...in the new metro area. This house is a little bigger than house C or D (2200, 2800 vs 2900 sq ft)...and more land than the rest combined: A - 0.3 AC, B - 0.2 ac, C - 0.4 ac, D - 0.1 ac....and E - 1.4 acres (we have a $300k+ mortgage here (after the $280k down)
**Edit**
Did you know the IRS pre-charges late fee penalties?
Got a letter from the IRS saying you owed an abnormally large amount [for you] of taxes last year. We charged you $237 as a late payment penalty. Our records indicate you paid your bill in full... Here's a refund. Sorry about that.
Taxes are wild
**Edit Edit**
GODDAMNIT!! Went to the house on a whim
.. They #1 didn't clean (not that it matters.. I'd reclean anyway)
#2 theyve chipped my granite countertops
#3 they turned on EVERY light fan and left the HVAC to 65 deg F. I don't understand people
.. Like seriously...
And how can I post pics of the house anonymously.. It's Fing beautiful.. I'm proud.. And kinda embarrassed by my lack of class. We're fucking rich... But don't have the style/class to match the funds... Iunno

Indeed, nobody is leaving. Not sure how this conversation shifted to being about Trump though. I honestly haven't even thought about the dude in a minute.
Both Parler and TS owe their existence due to the perceived bias (Both very real, and very imagined) and censorship of Twitter. With Musk taking he company private and undoubtedly cleaning house in the process, it renders their existence irrelevant; consigned to the singular purpose of being right wing echo chambers. They will continue to serve that purpose, but they wont have the reach of twitter nor the renewed trust hopefully Musk can impart on the platform.
I actually believe him when he says he wants Twitter to be Neutral, and I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.
All the right-wing ball spiking notwithstanding(apparently anything that is Anti-woke is a victory lap for conservatives these days, he is by no means a conservative) i have hope that Twitter can return to the Halcyon days of its roots; Funny cat videos and Dave Matthews "I just Sharted" comments.
A man can dream.

He's gonna have to fire a lot of people because the ideology is strong within the twitter rank and file. One of the best things he could do is make the current and past coding details open source so people can see exactly how the algorithm went out about censoring people.Cane_The9lives wrote: ↑Wed Apr 27, 2022 10:36 pmBecause Truth social wouldn't exist had Twitter not banned him.Digital Masta wrote: ↑Wed Apr 27, 2022 12:41 am

Hey guys -- let me tell you about my new venture -- SWITTER...and you can send SWEETS. This site is for Democratic Socialists only tho (...then I can slide into AOCs DMs. Also, I'd just mute Bernard. He's A LOT taller than I expected btw)...Digital Masta wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 4:06 am He's gonna have to fire a lot of people because the ideology is strong within the twitter rank and file. Honestly, I think it releasing code like that would give the government even more tools to create algorithms to identify "people of interest" [let's say] sooner. And I told you all...TSLA has plummeted in the past week.

Re: There we go
I enjoyed HeMan
... About time we had a strong, independent main character that didn't need no man
I hope XMen is about Jubilee taking over for a RICH, CIS, WHITE, MALE (Xavier) and creating a sanctuary for others who aren't involved in the patriarchy
It's 2022...we need a female leader of the XMen.. Its time.. Also, I hope they make cyclops gay and Jean trans
.. Because, we wouldn't want to exclude anyone

Funny you should say that because Storm was an X-men back in the 80s and with the weird ass trash run of Jonathan Hickman they implied some weird ass relationship between Cyclops, Jean Grey and Wolverine so you're kinda almost right.killacross wrote: ↑Sat Apr 30, 2022 12:53 pm I enjoyed HeMan

I think the audience were always on the inside so they weren't made to be fearsome. But for people that didn't know them they appeared that way. Shredder was always scary.killacross wrote: ↑Mon May 02, 2022 9:17 am Controversial opinion:

So...Roe v Wade is potentially gone?
https://edition.cnn.com/2022/05/02/poli ... index.html
So, the left can now define what a woman is again apparently. Also, the fact that this was leaked is very god damn troubling. This means someone didn't like this initial draft and put it out to cause enough backlash and potential chaos that they could potentially change their minds. This has never happened before.

Ya I never in my life heard of any process regarding the Supreme Court being LEAKED. That is very troubling indeed.

Re: There we go
The only thing that concerns me with is potential court packing talk... again
Obviously it was leaked for drumming up votes for midterms
.. But obviously it wouldn't matter unless there are vacancies in the court

It is incredible isn't it? They are showing their hand all too often now. Get a decision they like and they are cool with the court. Get one they don't like and it is pack the court time. They don't even hide it anymore, they don't care about the rule of law it is just about power.killacross wrote: ↑Tue May 03, 2022 3:29 pm The only thing that concerns me with is potential court packing talk... again

I would assume this activist stunt would have negative effects, push the SCOTUS to rule against what they want.Digital Masta wrote: ↑Tue May 03, 2022 10:46 pmIt is incredible isn't it? Is there jail time for doing something like this or is it just a slap on the wrist fine?
