Too much happening. I'm so lost. Especially because of the start/stops the Manga has done recently.

I'm guessing the robot is using the same telepathy voice that the elephant island used way back when. I think it was the elephant and sea kings that could communicate... But the mermaid princess was special because she could talk back (as an ancient weapon).
