Odas been dropping bomb after bomb but I'm sorry, Honesty Impact is what he went for with that attacks name? I guess we're gonna see Luffy fight an admiral real soon

Oda is getting loose with it
.. It's the same power scaling issue of every shounen. Constantly facing bigger and bigger threats.
It makes you wonder though... What type of strength is needed to reaxh the one piece? Luffy's crew can't make it yet
I think getting one piece has more to do how to get there than anything else. So Nami and Jimbei will be absolutely crucial.
But naturally no weakling will be able to deal with the crazy-ass natural occurrences that will probably happen.

The big question is what are Kuzan's goals?
And uh...Coby...black lightning? Either Oda is getting loose with it or my boy is also a king.
I think he's differentiating ACoC and ACoA by using the bubble. You'll notice that all of Garp's attacks have that bubble, same with luffy and kaido, whereas it seems like Koby is just using really strong CoA as there's no bubble there.
Nice power up for Koby, suitable warriors death for Garp. Kuzan either froze his heart to keep Garp alive (double agent theory) or he's dead. If he's dead, it adds some more good layers to Koby as he wants to reach Luffy, his idol strength and get revenge off Kuzan.
I don't care what you guys say
.. Oda is on fire!!
I was completely engulfed in this side storyline
I completely forgot about egghead island, completely forgot about the murder of nefarari cobra, I competely forgot about the true king of the world, I completely forgot about the 5 planetary rulers of the world, and I completely forgot about the official who is allowed to execute celestial dragons

For arguments sake, if Kaido were to come back and fight Luffy in the very next chapter, both full strength no help, would Luffy still win?
Yes, because Tom and Jerry. Until we find out that proper haki control can negate gear 5 from manipulating your body, they're all fucked.

I was thinking stamina may be a problem for Luffy but I'm really not sure. Hopefully he fights Kizaru this arc.
