I swear
.. All linkedin recruiters work for the same company. They're messages are literally a copy/paste of each other.
I've been replying and saying I'm interested but fully expecting a $1.1MM to $1.2MM contract for 6 months with an option of $3MM to extend to 12 months and inlcude future projects.
Fucking America. If you'd demanded something like that here people would literally cry from laughing.
CEOs from big companies don't even make that kind of money.
Gotta love capitalism.
If someone is willing to pay him that then that's their business. Value is subjective. But it sounds like these are contract gigs and not full-time employment offers meaning he wouldn't be getting benefits, meaning it's all cash.
I suspect his current jobs with his salary and benefits puts him in the high 6 figures, so yeah, if it is contact work you best believe they gotta pay.
Also, a quick Google search shows that CEOs of large European companies make millions of euros a year.

I'm not gonna make that kind of money...
these recruiters are messaging me for positions that pay waaay less than I already make or require a shit ton more work for the same pay. They are wasting my time, so I am wasting their.

At DM that's big companies. Like shell and stuff. Definitely not the average company or even above average. Earning what Killa demanded puts you in the .2% or something. Nobody makes that kinda money in most European countries unless it's a major company and you are very high up there in the foodchain

Essentially when you do contract work - you are paid 3x. Typically the company pays you, pays your benefits, and pays your taxes. When you go contract - YOU pay all of those expenses.
If I 3x'd my income...I would be in the $500k/yr range. I'm asking for 4x-6x of that.

It's funny but I guess I erased it in my response to Haoh but at the end I put something like...
"Or he's just doing this to get them to stop."

They won't stop. I have a high demand skillset in an industry that needs people with my knowledge to start, maintain, and stop any pharma site. It's quite the scam. You have to initially document whenever you install equipment. You have to document how you keep the equipment in a state of quality control. And if you ever run out of money and have to take the equipment offline, you have to document you have shut it all down correctly. Most people focus in one area... I was fortunate in that I've done it all.
And regardless of how an economy is doing - people want their medicines to live. In fact - it can get so bad globally that almost every world government will buy doses. And then, countries with strong economies or a lot of money or a lot of credit will buy doses for counties without.
It's all a scam

Some of those guys are ruggedly handsome
.. No homo
Weird that they'd get tied to such a niche project
.. Just realized. That means no JLC as Kureha. And it also means a live action Tony Tony Chopper
. Wouldn't that make the production cost skyrocket to need a live action, CGI character. A toned down sonic character probably wouldn't look so bad

JLC can eat shit. Fucking racist Zionist.
I have to admit though. The casting is pretty good. Vivi is the only one I don't like

Honestly, I think Katey Sagal is a fantastic choice for Dr. Kureha, though I'm disappointed that they're not going to get through arabasta

I do think it's funny that Arabasta is Middle East-inspired so they hired Indian people. Arab and Indian are NOT the same.

Nah she's so obviously indian looking that I find it hard to make her character believable. Also she doesn't look anything like Vivi.

Rewatched NARCOS: MEXICO because I realized I never did finish season 3, I think I got busy and the got into El Chapo. Now I'm watching the original NARCOS, on season 2. This show is goated, greatest drug gang show. Pablo Escobar was way ahead of his time. For a time Escobar was winning against the DEA, FBI, CIA, Columbian police, Columbian search bloc military, rival cartels, etc.
Enjoyed the animated Terminator series on Netflix, wouldn't mind seeing another season.

Terminator Zero was cool. Apparently, in this series, only the first two Terminator films are canon (as they should be). The twists aren't surprising if you've watched enough time-travel stuff. The show is probably the most solid Terminator universe material since The Sarah Conner Chronicles.
I appreciate that they have to keep the technology the same even though we know by the time the resistance fights we won't have that level of technology since we live in that time currently. We just understand that when James Cameron thought of Terminator he was like everyone else who thought the 2020-2030 would have crazy tech that we just don't have yet.

The A.I Koko threat seems to be even greater than Skynet but maybe will side with the humans which is cool too. The time travel concept was explained very well in the show. I agree, we watched enough time travel at this point where the twist aren't surprising but still good. For a sec I thought the kids were gonna be robots too, glad they weren't.
Dragon Ball Daima will premiere next month October 11th, with an extended 1st episode.

Ugh
I hate monopolies/utilities
Storm rolled through Sunday afternoon at 5p. My ISP sends a text notification. Service outage: will be restored by 6p. Text at 6p says restored by 8p. Text at 8p says 10p. Email at 10p says midnight. Email at midnight says 2a. Email at 2a says 5a. Email at 5a says 9a. Text at 9a says lunchtime. Text at lunchtime says 4p. Text at 4p says 8P. Text at 8p says we will notify when it's complete.
I wake up the next day (went out Sunday.. So Tuesday morning) to no internet. No emails. No texts. I wait for customer service hours to start. I chat and ask for an update on the service outage. The service rep is like... There was never an outage.
I said wth? I have 20 emails and texts updating me on the outage. He says no you don't. I asked when was service restored? He says it's always been up.. No outages reported.
I said weird. I still have 0 internet. He schedules an appointment. Earliest they can come is Friday afternoon.
I asked why were their technicians so busy that it takes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and some of Friday to come out? He said oh.. They're responding to customer outage complaints. I said thank you and disconnected. They sent the customer survey afterwards and I went in on Raul. Absolutely fucking worthless.
The worst part is that I have a Google Wifi mesh. I called back just to be certain. The new Rep said that service was restored Monday around lunch... But my unit is not showing as active/responsive. He said to restart my modem. Didn't work. He said restart again. My modem is showing as online. So he said to reinstall my mesh. I delete it and try to reinstall. 0 internet... Soooo I lost my mesh network that linked my computer to my TVs. I could at least stream stuff for me and the kids locally.
... I knew better
