Any moderately healthy diet will cover everything a multivitamin has in it. If you think you're lacking something, they're all basically the same thing, just make sure you get one with iron in it.

I was really sluggish jogging 3am in the morning today. Mind was focused but the body wasn't on the same page. Also pooped before I went jogging but as I was jogging, the muscles started moving and realized I needed to poop more. No time to stop in -7C and halfway of my 12KM run. Still happy I got through it and made it to work on time.

I do, but a lot less than I used to when I was younger. The weekend traffic driving up to the mountains is so abysmally bad that it's not really worth it. Thankfully my boss allows me to swing tuesdays for saturdays every once in a while so that works out.

That's scary shit. How strong is strong to be able to do that? Because lift chairs and cables are pretty sturdy but I've heard horror stories with people on lifts before.

Well dragon ball super hero was pretty cool. Definitely wasn't expecting to like the 3d animation as much as I did.
It still doesn't come close to 2d animation, but it was very nice for what it was.
