This was during Justice League which was after the first WW movie.
There we go
Re: There we go
I know, but if I remember correctly, Jenkins was like there's no way WW would do that so she said she was going to change all of that with her first movie.Digital Masta wrote: ↑Wed Dec 11, 2019 11:54 amThis was during Justice League which was after the first WW movie.

Re: There we go
Thanks Eddieson, definitely had no idea that was a thing.
Was the line during Justice League or BvS?
Edit: In JL apparently, I finally found references to it. He said she was laying low for a century, she said she was where she was needed.

Re: There we go
I just watched Man of Steel last weekend. It wasnt actually a bad movie. It was a decent movie with a terrible ending. Also the plot point of watching his dad die in a tornado was stupid.
Re: There we go
I enjoyed the movie a lot, thought the fight scene against faora ul was epic, though i definitely agree with you on the ending and I thought it was really weird that Zodd wanted to change the atmosphere completely when they were all essentially as powerful as gods on Earth
Re: There we go
WW was good until the last act. And the same can be said for MoS.
Re: There we go
The specs for the series x are crazy. Makes me want to own a console again.
Re: There we go
So what makes it different than building your own pc now?
Re: There we go
It's less versatile and powerful than a pc?
Re: There we go
bingo, usually less money though, how much are they advertising this for?
Re: There we go
That and the PS5 don't come out till around this time next year so there's no price on either yet. I suspect them to cost between $400-600 though.

Re: There we go
It's not really that hard, you just have to make sure you buy parts that are compatible. And then don't electrocute your parts when you put them together. Hardest part is troubleshooting if a part is dead. Also no 'computer' warranty if you need it - only basic ones on the parts. I'll be glad to help if you want/need it.
Last I looked though the savings from building your own isn't a lot (if any) over just buying a new one, but if you do I'd buy it direct from Microsoft to skip vendor bloatware. You can also just tell Windows to do a clean install once you get it too if you wanted to go through a vendor, MS is good about that now. Or Apple I guess, but not really.
Re: There we go
It really depends on what you're going to put into it, and how long you're willing to wait for parts. I was able to build a really solid pc for about $550 because I already had a video card (younger brother got a new card and gave me his 980) and it took me about 6 months to buy all the parts because I waited for sales. It was expedited at the end with my laptop dying, otherwise I would have saved about $100 off of that cost but it is what it is.
r/buildapcsales is a great place to lurk if you're trying to do it, but make sure your parts are compatible before buying

Re: There we go
Almost time for me to start looking at some new parts for mines too. Might just go with add on cards for some of the things instead of a complete build to save money though.
