She lived in Compton for like 4-5 years
...and all before was 10 years old

she lived there for a few (NON-FORMATIVE) years. When she was coming of age - she was on the other side of the country - as far away from Compton as possible.

By your logic, my parents were both in the military - so I'm a German, I'm a Turk, I'm a Korean, and I'm a Czechoslovakian (I've lived in all of those places for a few years...and all before I was 10).

I brought up money because like I said before - there's something dumb about black culture that says that you have to go back to where you came from to get respect. Seriously, people who live in the hood don't even want to live in the hood. Black culture says that if you make money - you're supposed to buy your mom a house, your siblings cars, and make loans to your homeboys. Her life as a millionaire to an eventual billionaire is so far removed from anything normal - let alone the $30k avg income of Compton. She has ties to the area, but she was NEVER a Compton girl...and even with all that money - I don't think she owns property in Compton **edit** a quick google search says she helped fund a community center (in honor of her murdered sister).

In 2025, people don't separate by race - they separate themselves by social class. The black people I surround myself with are very similar to me. I may have more or less money, but our core values align (even if our political views do not). If I meet anyone really,
white/black/red/yellow/blue/green - and all they talk about is drugs constantly or stealing constantly or scamming or pussy or any nonsense that would fuck up the money - we obviously do not have much in common. I cut them out. So yes - I have some family that I have had to leave behind. I wish them the best - but every family reunion, they are there asking for something to get their next big idea/scam in motion.

No, I don't think so. Also - I think you're mixing up the ventilators, rapid test kits, and N95 masks. He was buying the ventilators and moving it to other states (with smaller populations and population densities) - and shipping the masks and test kits to other countries (specifically Russia made people lose their damn minds).

My memory was that Trump had put funding in place to make a billion needle/injection kits in preparation for a Covid vaccine. He also put in funding for test kits. And put in funding for additional research for alternative treatments. My understanding that the vaccine supplies were pretty much turn key [not facemasks though] for Biden when he took office because Trump had pushed through so much stuff with Project Warpspeed - then Pfizer announced a vaccine a day or two AFTER the election. Biden had to put funding in place to get vaccines distributed to the public. Remember, I work big pharma and those few months were absolute hell for us - every project stalled if it wasn't Covid related. So EVERY company suddenly wanted to test their unrelated, cancer project as a Covid treatment. If they said it was related to Covid, their project became top priority - and they got a huge influx of government money. My site had so many billion dollar contracts that year that we got 50% bonuses. First hand experience...not a google search. My site did Covid treatments and vaccines for several companies. The company made Covid test kits - which ultimately were pulled, and prefilled needle/injection kits - which were ultimately pulled. Which is another discussion - about why public opinion shifted so much on the vaccine in 5 years. Trump admin didn't have the full data set - but pushed it through anyway; Biden admin had a much bigger data set - but "hid" the findings and punished people for looking into it.

Biden took over and there was a needle shortage, a tylenol shortage, and a baby formula shortage. He wasn't responsible for them because it was ripples from Covid - but then the crack pipe/needle exchange programs came to light and people lost their minds. The west coast had programs like that in place - but I think they were about to go broke - so they got an infusion of federal cash and started to expand/grow. Trump took a hardline stance on the drug use and called it a plague on the country and talked about giving dealers the death penalty (I remember that it was around this time that I discovered Trump was a teetotaler) and the Biden admin took a "softer" approach.
