Re: There we go
Wtf am I watching with the new Bleach season? The ending for the manga wasn't good.. But the anime is absolute ass
Re: There we go
Haven't brought myself to watch it yet surprisingly. I think after the first ep after the break threw me off a bit, I don't know why.killacross wrote: ↑Fri Oct 25, 2024 3:20 pm Wtf am I watching with the new Bleach season? The ending for the manga wasn't good.. But the anime is absolute ass
On ep 4 of the Vince McMahon documentary and LMFAO, this is awesome!

Re: There we go
I don't know why they split it like this
And waiting 27 years before finishing out the anime after the manga finished was a mistake. I'm not gonna reread it. It all seems like an ass pull

We have wildly different opinions about this then because I am quite enjoying all the extra information and scenes.killacross wrote: ↑Fri Oct 25, 2024 3:20 pm Wtf am I watching with the new Bleach season? The ending for the manga wasn't good.. But the anime is absolute ass
Sure, the splitting of 52 episodes into the four seasons is annoying but the team working on it has improved the animation with every season.

Re: There we go
How did Ichibei's dance and rambling improve or explain anything with that scene?
And animating Senjumaru's ban kai didn't explain anything. I think she can manipulate time/space with fabric. Maybe? And no clue how they all survived unharmed.
I can appreciate the drastic improvement in animation quality...but it's been so long since the story stopped 8 years ago, and I refuse to reread it.

Oh, you meant this season specifically? I was thinking overall.killacross wrote: ↑Fri Oct 25, 2024 11:10 pm How did Ichibei's dance and rambling improve or explain anything with that scene?

I was disappointed by that Ichibe part as well and would have liked to have known how her bankai worked as well. We know that Uryuu used his scrift ability to survive but I have no idea how the others survived.

Hence my earlier post about bleach. Style and design over anything else. Shit made no sense and it still doesn’t today.killacross wrote: ↑Fri Oct 25, 2024 3:20 pm Wtf am I watching with the new Bleach season? The ending for the manga wasn't good.. But the anime is absolute ass

Re: There we go
I watched VP Harris on Club Shay Shay.
Then watched all 3 hours at 1.75x.
It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought.
It doesn't matter because I have already voted - but seriously, she is such an empty suit. Just the same, rehearsed responses that she has used for the past 2-3 months.

Shannon Sharpe lost a not insignificant amount of respect with that interview and good ol' Joe Biden is definitely on a "sabotage Kamala" tour right now.

Re: There we go
How so? He's no different than Charlamagne. He already said he was endorsing her a while ago... It's not like anyone expected a hard hitting interview from him. And it's not like anyone expected anything different from her. He played football.. He's not a political pundit. He's just another useful idiot to her. And she's a useful idiot for the machine.
It's incredible actually.*cackle* How can you *cackle*be 60 *cackle* 60 years old and only have the exact *cackle* same *cackle* 5 *cackle*life stories *cackle* that you tell over and over and over again? *cackle* And even then, her responses are the exact same over and over and over. *cackle*.... But Donald Trump doesn't have stories. He's Hitler.
I'm certain Joe is being sent out by Jill to sabotage things. They've already let the documents thing go. They'll give his son a slap on the wrist. He's already got millions in his pockets. His brain is failing and his health is probably waning too (all the falling he does). He's basically at death's door. And his legacy is already secured.
He's got nothing to lose.

Yeah but nobody told Shannon to wear that skin-tight suit.
NIGGA YOU GOT MONEY! BUY CLOTHES THAT FIT!
And I honestly think that Joe won't last much longer past the election.

Re: There we go
Look at how John Cena is dressed on the podcast and he is as muscular if not more so than Shannon and his clothes fit properly.
Also Arnold in a suit (and neither of them were ever as big as him):

In all of these, you can tell that he is in fantastic shape but isn't bulging out his clothes. I'm pretty well-versed in menswear and men's style, which focuses more on classic menswear that never goes out of style. Both Arnold and John Cena are wearing suits made to fit them correctly.
Shannon out here riding fashion trends and looks silly.
He doesn't wear suits for his other podcast but then interviews Kamala and his suit looks like something a stripper would wear. Why are your pants so tight Shannon?
But maybe Kamala might be into that so...

Re: There we go
You hatin bruh. To me it's the same as skinny jeans. I dont wear them, but if someone else does.... Meh
The problem with that podcast was you had someone who is so southern and traditional as Shannon seal clapping with her for all the nonsense she said. Wild to see someone so in agreement for abortions. She basically just used his platform as another repeat of her talking points.
A bajillion ways to criticism that "interview"... The clothes wasn't even my first thought

Because that's baked into the cake already. So I am gonna talk about the clothes.killacross wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 12:26 am

Shannon is not a smart man. He is very talented, but he ain't a deep thinker.
I remember some of his rants about racism and all that when he was still doing sports commentary with Skip Bayless.
I really didn't his whole "we are so proud of you" shtick with Kamala. Who the fuck is "we" Shannon? Speak for yourself.

I didn't know that at the end of cour 2 Kubo drew "Tribute Memorial Art" to characters that basically got fucked up/killed. Say what you want about the manga but Kubo is the drip god!

Trump's Mussolini, not Hitler. I had paused looking for an exit briefly, but even if Trump loses I think I'm still done with this country.
But hey, if Trump wins at least we'll have our first president to pretend to suck a dick. Went the extra mile to do it on stage!

Re: There we go
I agree with you 100%... Kamala is definitely more qualified
**EDIT**
Just wanted to say I always expected the election to go this way. I supported the winning candidate all along.
