I bet when all is said and done, there will be open defiance in the marines but it won't matter, because the government will have the mother flame via York; allowing them to use Urainus whenever they want. I think a lot of marines will join Sword plus Luffys already massive backing theyd most likely side with him. And Luffy is allied with the Fishman so he's got Poseidon on his side, plus Pluton is on Wano his territory. I'd imagine Pluton uses the mother flame too, but I think Joy Boy can power the weapons aside from Shirahoshi after that robot came to life with Luffys presence on Egghead.

The 3 admirals were all different "intensities/directions/lifestyle" of justice

-Akainu - absolute justice (everything is black/white)
-Aokiji - passive justice (everything is gray area)
-Kizaru - indifferent justice (the world is absent of color)...he basically doesn't have any moral drive or guardrails - he just does what he is told.

...Kizaru is not betraying the marines.
