Re: There we go

All this time I’ve been trying to log in to Theanimelounge.com/forums and I couldn’t. Finally thought I’d try it without /forums part haha. Now I feel dumb. What happened to the site btw. Did it get deleted or was it money related or something? Haoh! A bit of both seemed to have happened to the old...

Re: There we go

So i'm like 50% certain that my younger brother is sick with COVID-19, but a very mild case. The problem is that there are almost no test kits in Colorado anymore and so he wasn't tested because he's hardly sick. They did give him some codeine, so probably should make some purple drank. Also, booke...

Re: There we go

Fuck the NBA suspending all games indefinitely because Rudy Gobert contracted it. Out of curiosity - is this a "Fuck! The NBA suspending all games..." or a "Fuck the NBA! Suspending all gammes..." Edit: I missed that we're officially in a bear market now. Edit #2: NCAA tournament canceled, NHL susp...

Re: data recovery

I suggest taking it to a data recovery service place, or if it's one of those times where it registers with your computer to quickly back everything up on there. And after you get the data back up, to keep a copy on another drive to prevent that from happening again.

Re: There we go

Maybe it’s old and I never opened it. So I’m thinking about asking out my 48 year old coworker, (I’m 27) I know she’s into me, I just don’t know what I’d do with her. I’m thinking she wouldn’t want a traditional date with a young guy, but I don’t wanna invite her to a hotel just to have her think I...

Re: There we go

Change the address, change the email, change the phone numbers, change everything. And only contact the family through burner phones while giving a different location every time they ask where you are.

Killa this is your chance. Sell the house and move somewhere far away and don't tell any of her family where you all moved.

Re: There we go

I think he's talking about the slow death of Saturday morning cartoons. The two probably overlap -- though I don't think they are related ....I think the biggest thing is just that they came out when the technology caught up to make it possible to distribute the content all around the world. I lear...

Re: There we go

The kids had other things before the big 3 like Dragonball and Pokemon. Both of which made it more into mainstream US than the big 3 ever did. Probably the biggest push to happen for anime would have to be Cartoon Network coming out with Toonami. Which ironically came around when US cartoons started...

I was thinking of rewatching Naruto and Bleach.. Just because it feels like the big 3 was the Renaissance of anime.. I'll look into this
I still haven't finished watching those 2, but I did manage to finish reading Naruto at least.

Technically XX is correct about the draft being involuntary. Though the only ones that can't be drafted for now are females and those who have aged out of selective service. Most people on here have already went past the age limit though.

So...how is it that they have made 10...TEN Fast and Furious movies? With Fast 9 coming out in May.
Cause Vin doesn't want them counting the rock's attempt to take over the franchise?

so yea...I'm kinda in the same boat. It is so surprising to me that people are still "mourning" the loss. They can name off countless stats from his rookie year...but don't have a clear plan for retirement. One of those is significantly more important than the other. As far as life change: - I lost...

I'm loving Invaded right now. Great concept on getting into serial killers minds or 'wells' to locate them.
It reminds me of Dark City, Paprika, Perfect Blue and Inception.

Re: WINTER 2020 - Anime Thread

Ishozoku Reviewers is proof that anything can be made into an anime. It's some adventurers in a fantasy setting going about reviewing hookers and brothels they visit. lol I never even read the whole synopsis and figured that wasn't gonna be one for me to watch. I am enjoying Darwin's Game though. A...
