My computer is not using the Local Disk D. It's only using Local Disk C and C is full. The things i have saved on it are important files and programs so i dont want to delete anything but most of my music and documents are on D. I cant get my computer to start saving to D again because it has alot of space. I can access the information i have on D but thats about it.
Im a noob at this crap so please help me.

Did you accidentally turn on the Quota setting on that partition? Because if it's on you're limited to a certain amount of space and once it's filled up, you can't add more.
On a side note, it would've been easier if you had added the OS you're using.

disk cleanup is your friend
and i would consider moving some of the files over to the D drive if you're really down on space
other than that, buy a new hard drive. 1TB drives are extremely cheap now
